I typically shoot maternity sessions around 30-34 weeks give or take.

Of course they can join in! I’ll take all the photos! Some of you solo, some as a family, some with your partner and some of you with your kid(s)! Whatever YOU want!

If the weather is predicted to be too cold or wet, I will happily find us another date! We can also keep an eye on the hourly weather forecast in case the weather changes! Whatever you prefer!

It’s simple and painless. After receiving an inquiry from you (you can connect with me here), I’ll send you my pricing within 48 hours. Once you are ready to book, just click the ‘BOOK NOW’ button from within my pricing. From there you fill out my session agreement and select a date.
At that time your retainer is due and can be paid via credit card or e-transfer. You and I will work wonders at styling you and loved one(s), I’ll suggest some stellar locations and answer all of your questions along the way. On the day of the shoot, all you have to worry about is showing up on time. I’ll make sure your session represents who you are and the mutual love that’s present.

Your proofs will be sent to you within 2 weeks via a private online gallery. From there you select your favourite images and I will fully edit all your selections. I will have them back to you within a week or two (depending on the season it could be up to 3 weeks)

A proofing gallery is a gallery with 80+ of my favourite images. These images will have a very light edit to them but will NOT be complete. From there you will select your favourite images and I will FULLY edit your selections.

In my years as a photographer I have delivered galleries in different ways and delivering proofing galleries is by far the fastest way to get you your final images.

Your session will typically be held at an outdoor location which we will decide on together. If you’d like to have an indoor shoot, we can certainly plan for an at home session or we can shoot in a studio for an extra cost. Generally newborn sessions take place in the comfort of your home, unless the weather allows otherwise.

We will chat about this together over the phone. After I get a feel for what you like/dislike I will suggest some ideas and show you some options.

Of course it’s OK!! I’d say most of my clients start out nervous! I can assure you though, the session gets easier!
I am there to help you get the most out of your shoot and will guide you through the whole process. I like to keep the mood fun, playful and relaxed.

Yes. We can decide on a flexible payment plan that works for you. Once your session is paid off, you will receive your images. 

I am based out of Sooke, BC. Serving Duncan, Sidney, Sooke and everything in between. I will certainly travel but there may be an added fee for locations up island.

You bet! You save $120 when you book my Baby Bump + Newborn Package.

I deal with an amazing lab! You can order prints and other photo products directly through your gallery. I encourage my clients to spend a little extra to get top quality.
